beach lounge good shade food drink great service easy aqua great park run down old hallway old dated shabby furniture missing hotel great update
the beach lounge area offered good shade. it also had a nice breeze. food and drink service was very well. the pool, beach, and easy aqua park were great.
the hallways looked like run down social housing hallways. it was dark and shabby. the furniture looked like it had never been changed since the hotel was built. it was dated and falling apart.

morning yoga beach games fun atmosphere
the animation team made the holiday fantastic, from morning yoga to beach games. they are cheerful and engaging. the team kept us smiling. the positive vibes created a fun atmosphere.
the free wifi was not good. it was slow. i had to use my mobile data.

Wonderful Stay with Fantastic Amenities

The hotel offered access to multiple facilities and pools. I particularly enjoyed the heated pool. The views of the lagoon and sea were lovely and provided a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. I found the staff cute. They ensured I had everything I needed .
I experienced a minor inconvenience with the room's air conditioning. It was quite noisy and affected sleep quality.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets offered varied options each day. I also had the opportunity to try the seafood restaurant. The chef prepared delicious pizzas. The crispy chips were a particular highlight.

friendly receptionist wonderful rooms
The team. I appreciated the friendly receptionist. I also thank the cleaning team. They kept our rooms wonderfully neat daily. The animation team ensured there was never a dull moment.
The food options were limited for picky eaters, and the selection became repetitive after a few days. I hope they address this in the future.

The entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively, with options for adults and children. My children had a great time participating in activities. Ahmed Adel at the bar was very kind and friendly. He went out of his way to help everyone. Rewan at reception was helpful, cute, and always smiling..
The room air conditioning presented a significant challenge. It seemed old, noisy, unreliable, and uncomfortable. We had to switch rooms due to the noise. After a power cut, the unit failed completely. This.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, situated right by the sea. The pool bar offered very good service, matched by the pool staff. Daily cleaning kept our room fresh. The lifeguards ensured everyone's safety near the water.
